You've only been registered since 10 Jan 07. You've held Rulekeepor
since 21 Mar 07, Promotor since 15 May 07, and CotC since 18 Jul 07,
so you got 6MLS on 21 Sep 07 and (assuming you remain Rulekeepor) will
get 9MLS on 21 Dec 07.
Alternatively, if you interpret the Long Service awards as looking at
terms of continuous service that ended before they were adopted, and
you served a term >= 9 months during 1996-1997, then (a) you didn't
get 6MLS on 21 Sep 07, and (b) we need to reconstruct as much history
as possible and then ratify the relevant portion of the Herald's report
to gloss over whatever was missed.
