CFJ statement: Players may always be referred to by eir legal name
along with eir nickname.
My initial thought: I don't see why not.
Thinking as I type: As long as it's clear. Kelly has been a
registered player multiple times. Ian was a registered player during
2001. Referring to "Ian Kelly" may refer to either (aleph) past
players Ian and Kelly, or (bet) current player root, whose legal name
is Ian Kelly. So a potential ambiguity exists.
At the moment, I'm inclined to rule FALSE due to the "always"
absoluteness.
