Is this kind of security really desirable? Judgements have very little effect on anything except, perhaps, sentences in criminal cases, but even there the worst sentence is EXILE and Citizenship is defined by a Power=1 rule. A scam is unlikely, and why block new types of judicial cases, questions, and judgements?
