I'd hope a judge wouldn't rule in favor of anyone bringing such a case; why have contracts at all if you expect the justice system to take away assets gained by completely abiding by a poorly-written contract? Someone exploiting a loophole in a contract while following it to the letter is what good nomic play is all about.
