The Subject line was "Re: DIS: Re: BUS: Re: OFF: [CotC] CFJ 1925a
assigned to Goethe, Wooble, Pavitra", but the message was sent to
agora-business.  I believe the mailing list software won't add a new
"BUS:" at the start of the subject line if there's already one
somewhere on the line.
