I could find it, and I'm sure most could. But I strongly doubt that being told of the existence of a number which is not (and still has not been) referenced in the formal record as associated with an accusation could be considered "informing the defendant of the case" in a formal R1504 sense (next time provide directions to the Alpha-Centauri planning office, please). -Goethe
