The probability that an random integer of length N contains a given 9-digit sequence is no less than 1-((1-(1/10^9))^(N/9)). Given that xkcd is ungodly large, it seems (offhand) significantly less likely that this sequence does not appear than that ehird has retracted eir ballot and voted normally but the message in which e did so was erased from all of our hard drives by cosmic rays.
