I'd object. It's deliberately a rare situation. In the VC version there was some deliberate asymmetry in the awards and revocations: you could gain a black VC for sentencing and then lose a blue one for having the sentence overturned. To which the appropriate response is to charge the judge with inappropriate judging, convict em, and sentence em to 1 second of exile. (Such a sentence clears ribbons and other asset holdings.
