I'd object.  It's deliberately a rare situation.  In the VC version there
was some deliberate asymmetry in the awards and revocations: you could
gain a black VC for sentencing and then lose a blue one for having the
sentence overturned.  That bit's gone, but it should remain specific to
the rarer situation, and reliant on someone else breaking the rules.

To which the appropriate response is to charge the judge with
inappropriate judging, convict em, and sentence em to 1 second of exile.
(Such a sentence clears ribbons and other asset holdings.  And gives
the new judge a legitimate black ribbon.)
