Of course, assuming eir registration wasn't effective, this will
run smack into the conflict between R2149 and R101; the fact that e 
deregistered rather than continuing to play, as was is right.  There's 
not even a contract involved, and I'd say a non-player who wasn't 
bound by a specific contract covering the matter is indeed protected 
from punishment by R101.  -Goethe
