Not at the cost of severe annoyance through the courts when the actions in question are legal anyway. Say you constantly put forth a stream of CFJs that alleged "Goethe is a member of 1 secret agreement" "2 secret agreements" "3 secret agreements" with no or limited proof. We have no power to subpoena private emails and I would prefer not to start or suggest that our courts have that power. -G.
