In this case, I just happened to be looking at Zenith to check if the
cases involving R2238 were worded such that they'd clarify whether
ais523 successfully created any Notes, as I was trying to keep the
Conductor report up to date despite the office being vacant. I
noticed that a case had been platonically remanded to me, and had no
opportunity to warn anyone about it as the deadline had already
passed.

For the late report NoVs, I try to keep the IADoP report up-to-date as
reports are published, but only check for late reports shortly after
0:00 UTC on Mondays in compiling the note rewards for the previous
week. I could check it earlier than that and spam the lists with
lists of reports that haven't been published yet this week/month.
