R101 give you the right not to be punished for exercising your rights?
(The contract doesn't make it IMPOSSIBLE for the AFO to deregister.)
Could be an interesting CFJ. (CFJ 2032 would seem to imply that it is
applicable, though, and so the clause is indeed ineffective.)
