An interesting way to do this. The techniques used in the past have generally involved bribing the Promotor; as another method for a while, there was a loophole in the PNP's programming that let any Perlnomicite dictate the timing of a proposal's distribution, but people caught on after a while and changed it. This sort of completely overt timing-scam offer is certainly an interesting step in the progression. -- ais523
