I'm not sure about that at all. e.g. if I somehow simultaneously create the obligation to do something, and do it, I don't think it's clear at all whether I've satisfied the obligation. However, in the real world the message cannot be sent *exactly* 30 days later; it must be either before or after the deadline, but if the difference is subsecond, we don't know which. Thus a CFJ on whether Wooble is a player would be easily UNDETERMINED and e might be able to have some fun. -- -c.
