Apologies, I thought I was acknowledging eir 2319 argument that e would 
simultaneously violate and not violate as e argues, but that this is in 
fact what the "knowingly" clause defends against.  I should have been 
more clear there.  I'll support a motion to reconsider if anyone thinks
it should be part of the case.

Also, I don't think eir argument about "knowingly" works as it amounts 
to re-arranging the implied parentheses in an inappropriately silly 
and obviously unintended way.
