Heh, after going over this for four days and reviewing it with Murphy, of course 5minuts *after* I send it I realize I could have used Inactivity plus Assummed Promotor to distribute a proposal with me as the only eligible voter, without going through all those deregistrations. Net effect is the same (if it works at all), but sorry for using an Ace when a Two would do. -G.
