So, every single exchange: "NoV: You did/didn't do X." followed by either: "I contest this, you missed message Y." "Sorry, my bad." or "ok I admit it, no contest." would have to go to criminal trial? Getting away from that, after courts were clogging with this, was the reason for adding the NoV layer in the first place. -G.
