Yes, I know, the SHALLs are non-binding (why I didn't bother including
time limits, though now I think about it, those are implicitly ASAP
now anyway).
Proto: Replace the above clause of R2333 with
An entity is bound by a contest if and only if it has joined (and
not subsequently left) the contest, either as its contestmaster
or as a contestant. However, an entity is not bound by a new or
amended clause of a contest if e leaves it within four days after
e is informed of that attempt to change the contest.
