Aside from the thing being tested here, have we decided whether announcing that you make an announcement works, or does it fall afoul of ISIDTID? (For new players like Arkady who may not have heard the phrase before: ISIDTID means I Say I Do, Therefore I Do, and refers to the fact that merely claiming to do something doesn't actually do it. It only seems to, in general, because rules that let people do things "by announcement" make the announcement cause the actual action. Without a rule saying announcing something makes it happen, you're just making a pointless announcement.) -- ais523
