I do know that.

It would be interesting if not done in a contest where a "contestmaster
has general interpretation power" was put in the regulations explicitly,
in a direct and purposeful attempt to put this contest on a more equity 
and less legalistic basis.  If that sort of text is insufficient for 
those purposes, then it's really not possible to have flexible contests 
here.

I think several years ago (I think when I was doing Cards the first time?)
I actually tried this on purpose.  The rules said "The Dealor will deal 
cards at random" and I actually did something like:  "I hereby pick these 
numbers randomly that I will use to deal cards, but I will deal them in 24 
hours with game consequences."  Unfortunately I can't remember enough 
details to search, or maybe I just talked about it and didn't do it, or
someone else did it, or something.
