We could do that, but I propose a more interesting alternative. Instead of avoiding invading the other nomic, each actively attempts to dominate the other one by creating a rule that says something along the lines of "We win" in the other nomic's ruleset. Then we can simply repeal the rule, and go on with our lives. It would be a good way to test the defenses of each nomic while simultaneously sparking interest in each of our games. -Yally
