I disfavor this case. Gratuitous arguments: It was fairly obvious what e was up to. No reasonable person could have been led into a false belief regarding Mister Snuggles's identity by the message in question. (A reasonable person would be hard-pressed to be led into a substantial true belief on the question by the message, but that's beside the point.)
