Promotor's posts. The way proposals are distributed at the moment,
sort-of only half-paying attention, I often miss distributions;
reminders would increase the chance, really.
I think one thing that would really help would be timely Humiliating
Public Reminders.
Two proto-protos:
1) They should be published after a week even when the Speed is Slow
