It just means you can do the same thing yourself, but I can't do it for you. So you can earn the Ribbon by posting to the agora-business list (announcing) "I earn a Transparent Ribbon and create it in my possession". (This rule just changed a couple weeks back; previously, anyone *could* have done it for you). -G.
