Curious about the perceived need for this office.
(1) anyone can do it currently, so basically if someone's not called to
court, it's basically saying crimes can be committed w/o objection.
I personally think this works ok.
(2) there's so many ways of breaking the rules, some unknown.
This would lead to a lot of side cases that the prosecutor has
Violated the SHALL. Furthermore, these would have to be raised
Every time by the prosecutor emself (punishing emself for missing
Something). Who'd take that job? And is it worth all the side cases?
I'm not to keen on the concept as a whole, but if it were kept,
Maybe only restrict it to defined Crimes, rather that rule breaches
Generally?
