I submit three proposals: - that 112 be made mutable (again - note that this requires unanimous consent); - that it be amended by replacing "GMT" with "UTC" (for clarity) and by removing "There is no other way to win." (because 219 is intended to provide another way to win); and - that it be amended by replacing "most points" with "second most points".
