The thing is, that rule (302) was amended (332), and then rule 305 prevents it from assigning points based on votes.
Still, it depends on what "at the same time" in rule 305 means. If I'm taking things in order, then yeah, 305 only prevents 332 from assigning points for itself. 333 and 340 happened "after" (pending CFJ related to this question...)
If so, people should get 5 points for voting against 333 (Chuck,Steve) and 340 (Walker,omd,Yally)
I'll deal with it all next report, 10 hours or so, depending on who rules on what in the meantime...
