The Speaker of the second and subsequent games is the winner of the previous game who first gave his consent to holding such a role via an Agoran public forum during the month of May. If no such player exists, then the Speaker of that game is the player with the most points in Agora XX who gave his consent to holding such a role via an Agoran public forum during the May; in the case of a tie, the Speaker is the player among those tied who did so first.
