When I was doing it, your number just didn't come up in the random draw. There were more players on the "interested" list than cases that I assigned, I think. I have no idea how omd is doing it, and the recent CFJ on the subject shows that omd pretty much doesn't have to tell us anything about it, so we can just guess.
