I was thinking that "Director of Personnel" would be a more accurate
and practical description of the job and less misguiding for
potentially new players.

Fun fact:  The Office was first introduced with the "Assistant" title
because it was indeed taking the Elections work off another overburdened
(at the time) office - Registrar or Speaker it was, maybe.  So it was
a true description.

Interstellar... not so much.

It was introduced with "Assistant", and later "International", because I
was cribbing from The Drew Carey Show.  Any actual appropriateness was
incidental to that.
