It occurs to me that: 1. The last time we seriously adjudicated this issue, "With Notice" didn't exist in the Ruleset, whereas it does now; 2. "Notice" is close enough in common language that, where the Rules say that notice/informed consent needs to be given or allowed for, and rules are otherwise silent, the time limit defers to the 'With Notice' time limit; 3. Which is currently 4 days.
