I've arrived at the conviction that this proposal wouldn't end the
game. As has already been pointed out, the only mechanism of winning in
the current ruleset is specified by Rule 2438, and this rule explicitly
says "[..] and a new game begins" as a separate step. However, IMO
that's a no-op, as I consider the definition of "game" in Rule 1023 to
be the relevant one here: "When used as a period of time, a "game" is
the period of time between a pivot and the next pivot." (the phrase "a
new game begins" wouldn't make sense if "game" was referring to Agora
as a whole instead, because the universal entity "Agora" is explicitly
not destroyed and then recreated by Rule 2438: "[..] in particular,
Agora does not end [..]").

Furthermore, as you pointed out, even if I were wrong about this, Rule
1698 would prevent the end of Agora.

What I'm not sure about is whether my AI-1 proposal actually has the
power to grant me a win.

Okay, enough digression, let's get back to your email. Sorry, I don't
have any interesting ideas about possible bribes; but be sure to
contact me if you do (even though I probably wouldn't want to put the
other players who've voted FOR my proposal at a disadvantage ;) ).
However, first you'd have to convince me that the proposal would
actually grant me a win if it passes...
