No, I don't have to accept it.  I'm going to use common-sense backed
interpretations of past currency rules.  Some particular aspects of
our past use:  A coin is "physical", in that while you can do 
calculations with things like negative quantities, you can't actually 
transfer a negative coin.  Further, you can't initiate a transfer
if you don't "have" the coin to transfer.

This fits within the "pledge" as I didn't specify how I distinguish
between valid versus invalid transfers.

I don't intend to be "sneaky" with this - when/if the pledge becomes
formal I'll be more formal if it seems needed.
