It isn't, it's actually one of Agora's hardest. I resigned it because it was so difficult to peruse every single post to work out if an offence had been committed (as there's a requirement to punish one offence per week if any have been). For similar reasons, I'm unwilling to take it up again. I think we might be better off with a system whereby anyone could flag up a potential offence, and the Referee had to choose whether and how to punish them. -- ais523
