this week, you don't even have to count the proposal votes yourself! I
already prepared the resolution of proposals 7796-00, see below.
Why didn't I publish it myself, you may ask? I was going to, but moments
prior to hitting the "Send" button, I realized that the resulting
quorum adjustment would've caused the Assessor election to fail -- and
I really wanted to get rid of this office. :)

named "Salary":
Salary is a office switch tracked by the ADoP in eir weekly
report. Changes to salary are secured.
Once a month, the Bank Teller shall transfer N credits from the
Agoran Reserve to each officeholder where N is equal to the sum
of the salary switches of each office they hold, if any.
An officeholder may increase the Salary of eir office by
announcement without objection from the Prime Minister. An
officeholder can decrease the Salary of an office e holds by
announcement.
Set all officeholder Salaries to 20 credits.
