It's pretty cool as a percentage (since it becomes
officeholders/offices), but you might want to change the name since 100%
is maximum diversity.

got this. At least when I was doing it and when Quazie was doing it,
consolidation was just the number of offices divided by the number of
officeholders, which gives a number. Obviously I could adjust to this
new percentage form :D
