Little point: you can't grant 'any' win. Wins types have absolutely no official status, and the Herald is free to record a Champion title in a category "by Rada Dictatorship" regardless of what tool you use to grant the win. They were entirely constructed from collective memory at some point maybe 10-12 years ago and then kept going forward. A bit later, the Rules said somewhere "The Herald's report includes how the player won." That's been gone for a while so now it's completely unofficial again.
