G. has assigned me a CFJ, and asked me to resolve all the issues in one place. I'll have a full judgement out in the next day or so (I'm actually aiming for the next few hours, but no promises). Given the equities involved, I'm going to tell you right now that the black card at least failed to have any meaningful effect.
