Putting Agora on a Map passed. A few of its rule changes probably failed
for various minor reasons. We're trying to figure out how to deal with it.
I suggested a retroactive patch. Alexis and some others want to try to fix
it, as much as possible, via normal gameplay. We're discussing it.
