I'm not going to pretend like I'm smart enough to know what we've
decided to do about the whole pay-without-a-target thing, so if someone
wants to explain which of these actions happened, I would really
appreciate it. If there is no solution because there's been no
consensus, then someone tell me what I should even do for this week's
