Indeed, I live. I'm really sorry about my tardiness. I have a draft
report here, although, especially given how long it's been since I
last did my job, there are probably a few errors into it. Any players
catching and posting errors before publication will be given a small
(and yes, I mean very small, don't get your hopes up) reward as a
token of my appreciation.*

*While I honestly intend to comply with this promise, it is not
intended to be a legally binding agreement.

Title: Access to contracts' assets v2
Adoption index: 2.5
Author: Trigon
Co-authors: G.

[ Been floating around in my mind since G. and D. Margaux pulled off
the "First Bank of Agora" scam, which frankly deserved to work
first time. This proposal allows contract parties to manipulate the
contract's assets as permitted by the contract, and also tidies up
the verbiage a little bit. ]

[ v2 brings the following changes:
  * Added "by announcement" to the latter two bullet points
(preventing assets from being destroyed/transferred by private
    messages!).
  * Rephrased to use the verbs defined in Rule 2577, "Asset
    Actions". ]

Amend Rule 1742, "Contracts", by replacing the last paragraph with
the following:

A party to a contract CAN perform any of the following actions
as permitted by the contract's text:

  * Act on behalf of another party to the contract.

  * By announcement, revoke destructible assets from the contract.

  * By announcement, take liquid assets from the contract.

IF THE PROPOSAL “Happy Birthday to You v3” HAS BEEN RESOLVED AND ENACTED:
Amend the rule entitled “Birthday Gifts” by replacing “anniversary of the
day e most recently registered” with “anniversary of the day e first
registered. If the day a player first registered is unknown, that player
CAN, with Agoran Consent, declare a day to be eir Agoran Birthday. As long
as the day a player first registered remains unknown, it is considered to be
eir Agoran Birthday on the anniversary of the day e most recently declared
  as eir Agoran Birthday”

IF THE PROPOSAL “Happy Birthday to You v3” HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED, BUT IF
RESOLVED WOULD BE ENACTED:
Create a power-1 rule entitled “ugh” with the text “Any player may, by
announcement cause this rule to amend the rule entitled “Birthday Gifts”
by replacing “anniversary of the day e most recently registered” with
“anniversary of the day e first registered. If the day a player first
registered is unknown, that player CAN, with Agoran Consent, declare a day to
be eir Agoran Birthday. As long as the day a player first registered remains
unknown, it is considered to be eir Agoran Birthday on the anniversary of the
day e most recently declared as eir Agoran Birthday”, then repeal itself.

IF THE PROPOSAL “Happy Birthday to You v3” HAS BEEN RESOLVED BUT NOT ENACTED,
OR HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED BUT IF RESOLVED WOULD NOT BE ENACTED:
  This proposal has no effect.
