Hmm... it may still be possible to destroy the proposal, or remove it from the Proposal Pool. Wasn't the Pool once secured? Who removed it? *rummages* It looks like it was me, in 2012, in Proposal 7239. Oops. I wonder if I did that on purpose as a scam; it's too long ago for me to remember.
