I want to absolutely support that (and agree that your opinions are well-given!) This is one of those frustrating things that is fine individually and a bit difficult collectively: e.g. if 6 people are in regular and dependable rotation it's fine if 1 person picks and chooses, but if the rotation is down to 3 and 3 others are being selective, it's much harder. We sort of transitioned from one situation to the other over the last month or so (but maybe just this list refresh request will do the trick). For now I'll note preferences and do my best (maybe something like "if you favor, I may assign you a single unasked for case in the future when our regular rotation is exhausted and I know you're around" or something). -G.
