Not my first choice (obviously), given that H. Distributor omd informed everyone fairly early (on Dec 23 for an issue starting Dec 14), giving them a heads up that they may want to check the archives. But I agree that a blanket "all of these are ineffective by supermajority agreement" would still be clearer than a not-centrally-tracked "well, some of these may have been ineffective, but which ones?".
