Here's the reasoning for the second amendment: Corporate Proposals are required for Dragon to do anything. Having it take a week for us to do anything makes us extraordinarily slow. Four days speeds it up a bit, so we can move with reasonable speed in response to changing events. Otherwise, the corporation isn't a dragon, it's a dinosaur. -Aris
