For context, in the previous version annulment was broken in a few ways. The intended "refund" mechanism wouldn't actually give the goods back. Also there was no way to get rid of old contracts, so I added one that feels long enough to let weirder contracts get fulfilled without making me track them forever if no one has shown interest. -- nch
