Does this imply "specific case" reporting obligations that would transfer
due to the text below, or is more of a bulk specification?

No idea!  Arguments for bulk: accidentally leaving out one
Arbitor-submitted case from a larger report wouldn't be a gross error, and
therefore (by precedent) the report missing a case would still satisfy my
weekly duty.  Therefore there's no "per-case" obligation for the Referee
to receive.

[I'm not forbidden from putting them in my report anyway so I will.]
