It has come to my attention that there are two Proposal 8495s. I will correct
this by assigning each a new ID number that unambiguously refers to only it
It is not my intent to invalidate the old ID numbers where they do not
create ambiguity, merely to provide new ones for ease of reference.

"nopenopenope" by Gaelan is now Proposal 8498.
"Please stand by" by G. is now Proposal 8499.

An index of the renumbered proposals follows.
