Proto-charity: Digit Farming
(roughly based on the old Agoran Agricultural Association)
Members of this contract are known as Digit Farmers. A player
CAN become a Digit Farmer for a fee of 5 boatloads of coins.
The Digit Agronomor is Murphy.
For each digit from 0 to 9 and each digit farm type listed below,
<digit> <type> Farms are a currency, tracked by the Digit
Agronomor, with ownership restricted to Digit Farmers and the
Digit Farmer's Market.
The types of digit farm are Rule, Proposal, and CFJ.
A "Random Digit Farm" is a digit farm whose digit and type are
selected randomly.
If a Digit Farmer owns no Digit Farms, the Digit Agronomor CAN and
SHALL in a timely fashion create three Random Digit Farms in that
Digit Farmer's possession.
During the first week of each month, the Digit Agronomor SHALL
create and auction a number of Random Digit Farms equal to the
number of Digit Farmers, initially in the possession of the Digit
Farmer's Market.
Once a week, a Digit Farmer CAN till eir Digit Farms by
announcement. Each of eir Digit Farms is compared to the digits in
the ID numbers of corresponding entities assigned during the
previous week; for each match on both digit and type, the Digit
Farmer gains 1 boatload of coins. (For instance, if Rules 3013 and
3014 were created during the week starting Monday 2021-02-01, and
a Digit Farmer with two 3 Rule Farms tills them during the week
starting Monday 2021-02-08, then e gains 6 boatloads of coins.)
