Yes. I'm not sure what else to do, though. We could call it "Retiring", though it doesn't make you stop being the Trustee, so that could be confusing. We could remove a layer of indirection by just saying you need to have given notice before transferring the Trust. But I don't see how to do that while reusing the "with notice" definition from the rules. -- Falsifian
